For the renovation of the Imperial Homes Mortgage Office Space, we aimed to create a contemporary, modern and minimalist environment that exudes professionalism and warmth. The redesign features wood paneling and stone elements like marble tabletops, blending natural, rustic, and modern aesthetics seamlessly. LED and spotlights are strategically placed to enhance functionality, warmth, and visual appeal, while the addition of plants introduces a touch of nature. We made use of neutral colors and bold accents in the waiting area to transition smoothly into the workspace, where concrete walls and glass curtain doors add a modern touch. Overall, the effects of the space we created was a cohesive and inviting office space that balances modern design with functional elements that reflect a dynamic style and the standards of Imperial Homes
